Obama's unacceptable omission is his failure to mention the history of Muslim, Kenyan and Democratic Party involvement in slavery...
WASHINGTON (AP) -- President Barack Obama says Virginia's governor made "an unacceptable omission" when he proclaimed it Confederate History Month without mentioning slavery.
"I don't think you can understand the Confederacy and the Civil War unless you understand slavery," said Obama, the nation's first black president.
First lady Michelle Obama is descended from a South Carolina slave.
Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell came under harsh criticism for issuing April's history month proclamation without any reference to slavery.
The Republican governor at first defended his decree, saying it was intended to honor the Confederate sacrifice on Virginia soil and promote tourism.
On Wednesday he apologized and added a paragraph condemning slavery, saying that leaving it out had been a "major omission."

Fine, lets include slavery into it as long as we include that the democrat party was the party of slavery. Well it still is actually.

I think discussing homeland security without mentioning Islam is "An unacceptable omission", Barack.

Would the President have commented on this if it had been a Democratic Gov.? I think NOT. Thoughts?

I fervently wish that the importation of blacks to this country for slavery had never happened.

If wishes were horses, beggars would ride.

Indeed, listingstarboard. Without slavery, we would never have had to deal with affirmative action, the Democrat Party, the L.A. Riots, Maxine Waters, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, O.J. Simpson, Marion Barry, or Michelle Obama.

This coming from a president pushing slavery everyday in America..where does he get off with this statement when he's promoting "lets spread the wealth around".
He wants the working class to support his govt. owned slaves,(people shackeled to government programs for life).

WTF does this guy know about history. We already know he has little grasp for constitutional law or geography. This is a non-story as it was just a proclumation which I am sure considering how liberal parts of VA are would when taught focus a great deal on slavery. Obambi needs that punch in the mouth sarah suggested

What F**king business is it of the president if Virginia, or any other state, wants to remember Confederate History or how they choose to remember it? Hey Obama! Get your nose out of my business, your hand off of my wallet, and shut the F**k up!

Any student of history knows that the KKK, set up by the Founding Fathers, was sent over to Africa’s East Coast to plunder the lavish cities and rich states of the Kwanzaa Democracy (forerunner of Kenya). Under the cover of Dutch flags, the captives were made to be slaves and brought back over the Atlantic after fierce battles where the colonists killed innocent arabs while sailing through the muslim built Suez Canal. These slaves were made to paddle canoes across the treacherous ocean, without sunscreen mind you, and forced to work plantations in the South ONLY. Abraham Lincoln emancipated the slaves, only because he stopped receiving kickbacks from the KKK as the result of a poker game gone awry. Remember, it was all about the money. The slaves were all peaceful muslims before they got here, and they could not raise their hands against their captors; otherwise it was a violation of the religion of peaceniks. It just isn’t true that Virginia decided to leave the Union over usurpations of States’ Rights by the federal, er, national, government. I hope that clears things up.

Thanks, ThomNJ! Very insightful!
Perhaps Obama won't have these problems for long, after he sets up a PR Czar, through which any and all press releases must be approved for any and all citizens of the US. That way there will never be anything released that is not progressively-correct.

His Muslim ancestors were more than likely selling the slaves to the traders.

"BULLSHIT BARRY" sticks his foot in his ass once again. If Black History Month doesnt include the Confederate Flag, why should the Confederate Flag History Month include anything about slavery?
If "BULLSHIT BARRY"(AKA OBAMA)keeps fanning the fires of racial hated it will bite him on the ass very soon and really hard.
America is growing sick of his stupidity. It's a shame that his condition is not more painful.
